Phil Allen Masterclass Irons

Better irons start here. On Friday 16 October, Findoori and Phil Allen host the second masterclass in a series of three at Ruff Utrecht, a premium indoor golf venue with Trackman simulators in the middle of the country.

Phil Allen is one of the most experienced golf coaches in the Netherlands. He has coached players on the DP World Tour, including Joost Luiten and Daan Huizing. For one evening, he brings that tour-level coaching to the simulator bays, working with a small group on the clubs that decide whether you hit the green: your irons.

What you will take away:

1. More control over your distance. The repeatable setup and delivery that make your irons fly the same way every time, so you finally know how far you carry each one.

2. Cleaner contact, more often. Why the sweetspot matters, and how the club meets the ball and the ground to give you solid, consistent strikes.

3. Ball flight you can read. Club path and face angle explained through launch data, so you understand why the ball does what it does, and what to watch when you practise on your own.

Practical details: Friday 16 October, 19:00 to 21:00. Ruff, Utrecht. €85 per person, drinks and bites included. Bring your own irons. Limited to 12 spots, and once it is full, it is full.

This is part two of a series of three, following the driver masterclass. Short game follows later this year.
