Anyone living in Amsterdam who wants to play golf knows the problem. The nearest 18-hole course is at least half an hour away by car, after work it is too dark, and in the cold winter months no one will blame you for staying indoors. That gap between demand and accessibility is exactly why indoor golf in Amsterdam has grown from a niche phenomenon into a serious urban alternative over the past few years.

The city now counts six indoor golf venues, four of which are open at the time of writing and two more set to open in 2026. Some are high-end training studios aimed at the dedicated player. Others are full clubhouses with restaurants and bars. In this guide we list them all, so you know which venue fits your evening, your skill level, and your group.

Why indoor golf works in Amsterdam

For anyone still wondering whether indoor golf is the same as playing outside: it is not, and it does not need to be. What modern simulators do offer is a detailed measurement of your swing, the option to practice on hundreds of international courses, and the ability to play a full round in an hour rather than half a day. For anyone trying to balance golf with work, family and the weather, that is not a compromise. It is a better solution.

Most centre's in the city are also designed to be social. You do not come just to train. You come with friends, colleagues or a date, you have a drink, and you play nine holes without the whole evening disappearing. That combination of sport and atmosphere is why the audience is broadening quickly from dedicated club golfers to people picking up a driver for the first time.

The Findoori partners in Amsterdam

Club Birdies

Club Birdies located on Pilotenstraat in the Schinkel District is, at 1,385 square metres, the largest indoor golf venue in the Benelux. Twelve TruGolf APOGEE simulators, two of which are multisport bays, and access to more than 2,000 world-famous courses from Pebble Beach to St. Andrews. The simulators were built by Dutch Golf Company and deliberately finished in moss-green panels that match the Club Birdies house style, rather than the standard black.

The concept here is purposefully broader than golf alone. The open-fire grill serves dishes built around fresh produce from De Lindenhoff, prepared in a robust, smoky style. The interior is bright, stylish and high-ceilinged, with large windows opening onto the terrace. The recently opened Nest adds a spacious outdoor area that rounds out the venue for anyone wanting to linger before or after a round.

On weekends, Club Birdies stays open until 02:00. For business events there is a private skybox, and the in-house Golf Academy offers private lessons from resident pros.

For a night out, a corporate event or a birthday with a little more character than average, this is one of the most complete addresses in the city.

Prices from 29 euros per hour per bay. Open from 10:00 to midnight on weekdays, until 02:00 on weekends.

GoGolf B.Amsterdam

GoGolf B.Amsterdam (Johan Huizingalaan in Amsterdam-West) is located inside the B.Amsterdam business complex. The positioning is clear: indoor golf before, during and after work. Train between meetings or book a session with colleagues after the office. The venue runs on TrackMan iO, the same technology used on the PGA Tour, with extra-large screens for maximum realism.

What sets GoGolf apart is the combination of technology and accessibility. Lessons are given in groups of no more than two, by PGA Holland Pros, you can earn your GVB (Dutch golf permit) on site, and the centre also offers club fitting and corporate clinics. Facilities like showers, a gym and dining options in the same building make it a serious training venue for the working golfer. Direct access from the A4 and A10, with parking next to the building.

Prices from 35 euros. Open from 08:00.

GoGolf PadelPlaza Sloterdijk

GoGolf PadelPlaza on Rhoneweg is the second GoGolf location, set inside a padel hall near Sloterdijk station. Two bays with the same TrackMan iO technology and the same PGA-pro coaching, plus a dedicated putting setup for anyone wanting to sharpen their short game. Opening hours run until 23:00.

The multisport environment makes this venue a natural choice for groups wanting to combine golf with padel, or for corporate outings where not everyone golfs but everyone wants to move.

Prices from 35 euros per hour.

The other indoor golf venues in Amsterdam

Beyond the three Findoori partners, Amsterdam has three more indoor golf venues worth knowing about. Two of them open in 2026.

KingsGolf Amsterdam

KingsGolf is located on Nieuwe Hemweg in the Westelijk Havengebied (Western Docklands) and offers four TrackMan iO studios. The chain also operates a venue in Soest. The concept is studio-focused, with self-service booking via a code system and PGA lessons by appointment. Prices start from 25 euros per hour.

Flight Golf

Flight Golf officially opens its doors on 29 May 2026 at Willem Fenengastraat in the Amstelkwartier, with a soft launch in early May. The new venue will feature twelve bays across two floors, TrackMan iO technology, and an interior designed as an all-day café. The founders position it as a social clubhouse for a new generation of urban golfers.

NEXT Golf

NEXT Golf opens in June 2026 at Willem de Zwijgerlaan in Amsterdam-West and is the new sister brand of Padel NEXT, the same team behind the well-known padel clubs in the city. The venue will feature eight TrackMan bays accommodating up to six players each, alongside a bar and lounge area. On weekdays it operates self-service until 16:00, with staff present afterwards for food and drinks. On weekends it is fully staffed throughout the day.

The venue is positioned as a clubhouse for both beginners and advanced players, with a social orientation.

Which venue suits you?

For a night out with friends or a corporate event where food and drinks matter as much as the golf, Club Birdies is the most complete choice. For anyone serious about improving their game with a PGA pro and TrackMan iO technology during the working week, GoGolf B.Amsterdam is one of the best addresses in the city. And for those wanting to combine golf with padel or plan a broader corporate outing, GoGolf PadelPlaza offers an approach you will not find anywhere else in Amsterdam.

All three can be booked directly through Findoori. Want to see every indoor golf venue in the Netherlands at a glance? Browse the full overview here.
